The MPD250I product is a InGaAs monitor PIN photodiode (MPD) with opposite P and N electrodes. Designed with a large square photosensitive window ,this product features low capacitance, high responsivity in the 920nm to1650nm wavelength region and low dark current.This product is for monitoring laser backlight current.

Use  beyond  this  specification  will  cause  permanent  damage  to  or  affect  the  long-term  reliability  of  the  photodiode chip. Long-term exposure to maximum rating conditions will also have an adversely effect on chip reliability.
