LD-PD's DWDM DFB(Distributed feedback type) semiconductor laser is a 14PIN butterfly package, with built-in TEC, lens, thermistor and PD integrated in the 14PIN butterfly package. The airtight design meets the requirements of telecommunications grade work. It has the characteristics of narrow line width and high power (20mW). It supports pigtail PM1550 or SMF-28E device output, and also supports customer-specified pin definition customization.
