1550nm 20GHz Lithium Niobate High Frequency Phase Modulator     


The 1550nm lithium niobate (LiNbO₃) high frequency phase modulator uses titanium diffusion or proton exchange process to make optical waveguide, the precise oblique coupling of input / output fiber and waveguide, and realizes the phase modulation of optical signal by using the electro-optical effect of lithium niobate material. Titanium diffusion (Ti-indiftusion) or proton exchange (APE) waveguide process can obtain birefringent or single polarization phase modulation, respectively.
