The detection light could be MIR incoherent light source(Wideband) or Narrowband QCL DFB Light source. In order to meet the requirements of high temperature and corrosion resistance, the main body and optical components are made of special metal materials which have been treated with anticorrosion. The cell working temperature can reach 200℃. It can work stably and reliably for a long time under the condition of hot and humid corrosive gas. For the main gases including S02, NOx, VOCs, NH3, O2, CO, CO2, HF, HCL, H2O, etc. We can have Accurate measurement and analysis.
