The high-speed low-noise photodetector module integrates ultra-low noise analog pin detector, low-noise broadband transimpedance amplifier and ultra-low noise power supply. It has the characteristics of high gain, high sensitivity, high bandwidth, low noise and high common mode rejection ratio. It can effectively reduce the common mode noise of the signal and improve the signal-to-noise ratio of the system.The C3A series contains Si and InGaAs photodiodes with different size and speed. The typical output with 1 mm2 Si photodiodes is ±3V, 0~25MHz. (±5V supply).
